This post was certainly more upbeat. Also, having read the trasnscript of the conversation he's keeping to his word. I'm not sure if he'll keep the ruse up or slip. But if he's got to go to Fergus Falls to find the clue as well maybe one of our team members might run into him (Josh). That would be so cool.
The ARG gods did listen to our prayer....LOL

So I’m sorry to report that I was robbed over the holidays. I’ve involved the police – they told me not to post for awhile just in case. They say my Coelacanth connection must’ve been a shady character. I think he thought I was rich or something. The good news is that none of my fish were harmed. And I’ll be ready if it happens again.
To those of you I know “in real life” – don’t worry. I’m fine. I don’t think they took anything that can’t be replaced.
Another post already. Looks like Josh is following mysterio's chat instructions. So will he be uploading the whole comic book soon?

I know where Josh is!
Guys! After many weeks of searching and research I finally found out what happened to Josh Minker! It turns out that Josh became so fed up with constantly waiting for Rocket Poppeteers to update and let us log in that he decided to leave this ARG altogether! ITS GENIUS!

Where is Josh?
Having had success before and received an email from Josh I figured I'd try again. just to see if lightning would strike twice. Sorry to say still no word from Josh. I've emailed several times to no avail. I'm not sure if Josh's disappearance is aprt of the game and he'll pop up soon stating he's been held captive and just got away... Who knows?
If his lack of communication is part of the game, it would not be a surprise. Maybe his reappearance will give some food to hunt. I've tried to look up the monkey pin and tried to find matchs to no avail. The cookie jar was common, made by a manufacturer in California. The Dress is generic, the horse clock has also been a little hard to find. The sled is impossible, I've looked for hours. I cannot find a similar or duplicate monkey pin anywhere either.
I also noticed in my research that the clock with the horse from craigs list is s sessions clock. That clock usually came on a more ornate pedestal. The pedestal displayed is not like any of the others I've found. I'm wondering if that is a clue?

It seems that the RSS feeds for posts and comments just went dead during the night. They both shows as empty in Safari and Mail can't connect to them.
Anyone else got this issue?
I've had some difficulties with the Coelacanth Journal in my RSS reader in Mail. It doesn't seem to have any problems right now.

Re: Moon Charts

These time overlaps seem to happen about every month, except January...
No one has discovered any meaning to it. If you do let us know. Just don't stare so long that you get sucked into the same black hole Josh seems to be in.

Moon Charts
Ok, so I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this before, and if so, I'm very sorry...
But I just noticed that on the December moon chart on hooklineandminker, there are errors on the times on the 6th and on the 22nd.
Rather than showing two time frames in those days, it repeats the same time frame twice.
Could this be something, or have I just been staring at this stuff too long?

OK. Well, i'm gonna call it ..
"Josh is officially AWOL"...
No contact since Dec 6th...
No new calendar=no-one home to post it..
Mystic Dude concerned this time when last time Josh didnt post for over a month he wasnt ....
Have checked for any postings regarding Josh missing from home. work etc in Beckley WV and beyond. nada yet.. But surely some of his contacts (sarah) must be concerned..
It is possible he took a vacation to chase the Coelacanth dealer, but its been over a month...
So, where will our next clue come from??
Mysterioso wont post anything else if Josh isnt there to get it, and unless he for some reason reaches out to us (doubtful)., this seems to render the PDP11 useless for now..so what do we do with the tones, badges and pic of AMinker? What was all that for?
RP? You think they will incorporate this Poppeteer mission into the Josh story somehow? Kinda weird how a newspaper clipping from the past leads us to RP today which now uses twitter... RP is in some kind of time warp..weird company that one..
I'd wager a guess that a new site will be discovered soon that will start us on the path to finding Missing Josh Minker..
I for one, am beyond ready for blast off..

Well, since there is no financial crisis and screenwriter strikes right now, I just suppose, there will be preperad something huge for us.

We might expect some delay in ARG advancement over the holiday break, usually a time when many companies close or slow down drastically over the short week. I wouldn't be surprised that the PMs wouldn't want to start a new game clue/phase while so many players are away from their systems for the same reason.
The late-December arrivals of our certificates seem to indicate progress in January — I'd think that might apply to Josh's site as well.

Well, they have to at least give us a clue first before we can solve anything..So far, clues have been few and far between..
