As you have just got it, it should all be working. It was the initial batch which were collected from Hamley's on 3rd October that were faulty (including mine).

Firefox is a browser, Firebox is a games site. Not sure of the American equivalent but the British website is http://www.firebox.com

I ordered it from sonic warp and I'm still waiting. Since august. Have emailed them twice and got the same reply about safety concerns and it will be shipped in the next couple of weeks
