I havent seen the movie in the pic, but I'm glad that my vast knowledge of musicals finally kicks in to play! - even if I am wrong.

wigs definitely played a part in the movie.... If you haven't figured it out from the pic yet, that "guy" isn't really a guy. The part was played by an actress.
