The biggest help for my guess was the reflection of the manuscript. I also got a college campus vibe from the the sidewalk/lawn in the background.

Dammit! That was the other movie I got from the library. I was sitting on it, waiting for the chance to show my own screen grabs. (btw, i would not have gotten it from your first clue, but the rest were certainly memorable scenes.)
