A bizarre Western/Opera/Musical.
Set in Stetson City, but actually filmed in Czechoslovakia.
I'm going through a purple patch of movie guessing at the moment! Another please!

Ah, a challenge. The game is a foot. (I know what it means but writing it still makes me wonder if my spelling checker isn't fooling me)
Let me see. Classic, old..... John Wayne springs to mind. 'True Grit' has been done and I don't remember it being this yellow. So lets try:
"The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance"
I bet there is a colored version around...maybe?

You beat me to it.
Did you notice in that movie they never feed him after midnight?
No, but that did make me LOL and now I'll have to validate it, next time it comes on TNT.
Here's an old 'classic'. Yes folks there's a subtle pun in that.

No killing occurs in this film, as far as I can remember anyway...

Very apt, considering the darkness of the first two images.
You got it.

The movie notably starts out this way. A very clean bright white. And indeed the floors (and the walls and the elevators...) do get darker and darker.

I've never even heard of that brand of watch.
Now... If you want to know anything about antique/vintage 400-day clock movements... I'm yer guy!.
No idea on this flick; but, I do get the feeling that the bright hallway is an exceptional scene in the movie.
