I wonder what caused the "unidentified user" errors to go away. Has anyone been hacking?

The "QUERY?" on the archive main page reminded me of LAINSY, who is done rebooting.

Well, I'm no expert in FAILTECH's phone systems, but I'm pretty sure it has some sorting mechanism where you can leave a message to virtually anyone in the company. I believe the sorting system is quite independent from LAINSY so it should work even with her down. The 4 major central number are linked together which means you can ring up virtually any of them and it will still do it's work. Well, that's as far as I know since I've worked with FAILTECH for quite a while as you may know.
I'm not pretty sure how to approach the Nox Ordo either... but so much for a secret organization... They do have two domains, one for their systems and one for their archives. We haven't been able to infiltrate either of them. So no dice trying that out. But maybe you guys can figure out something.

Those 2 sites don't have much up on their main pages.

An email from Netspec:
Quote:
If all the information we have about Nox Ordo are accurate, we are then facing someone that has technology that can match or surpass that of FAILTECH's. They believe that they are the children of the stars and have been blessed with incredible intelligence. And in the latest information we've been gathering they indeed can prove they're intelligent. I am just doubtful of the part about being blessed as the children of the stars. They've been around for a long time, way longer than FAILTECH or even my own organization. SO they pretty much have a huge advantage from us. Right now, we still can't determine if what kind of technologies they have but we speculate and have glimpses of them that they might really match or even beat FAILTECH's. Right now, I personally don't know how to stop them. What we need is to drive them out of their cover and put the investigation at a much more direct approach.
What I don't understand however, is why are they stealing research data? Does it mean they're running out of idas or are they simply up for sabotage?
Also, we've started to work on the device. Still haven't got anything form it, but hopefully we could figure out something. Also, I've lost contact with Althea, know what happened to her?
Regarding LAINSY, I hope they get her back up, in proper working condition. Not that we need her, but maybe for you guys.
Sorry took me days to respond. Had a couple of chores to do.
I sent a message to Dillinger, I coded it with one of the rcom.lainsymatrix codes so hopefully that gets my foot in the door. If not, I'm pretty much grasping at straws now that LAINSY's out. I've asked Inno for the other email addresses, we'll see if he has them.
I can send a text message to one of LAINSY's numbers, but I'm not exactly sure what to say to get anyone from Nox Ordo's attention.

I'm not sure about the individuals, but AMSR is based in the Alberta Facility. However, the phone numbers are from U.S., so I wonder if there's a forwarding system in place.
Joseph Dillinger's email (joe.dillingerSPLATfailtechnologies.com) has been confirmed by Adm_BlackCat via IG contact. Not sure about the rest of the emails, though.

This new job really has me tied up a lot. I'm still lurking whenever I can, but I won't be able to participate very much for a while. Since emails are being routed around Lainsy, try shooting some emails at them. We know the general format of the failtech email addresses. I wonder which phone number would be the best to call. Do we know where each of the contacts were stationed?

I guess they're trying to taunt us to use "available means possible" well.... AFAIK, we don't have their email..... or do we? The only other means I know aside from email is using their phone numbers and leaving them a message.... But it's long distance from where I am so I can't do. Anyone want to ring up FAILTECH in one of their number's on their website to leave a message for one of our suspects and make contact?
Also, their site still seems to be up even if LAINSY is down... I guess they've isolated that, too? Or they actually left it up because they want us to dial them up?

[Subject: IMPT Regarding Althea Rosso] wrote:
Hello! I haven't setup your objective for the next few weeks, yet, due to LAINSY being compromised. Don't worry, our email has been routed away from LAINSY, for now, and should be secure. Ok, straight to the point. We have been advised that Althea Rosso be detained, for the moment, due to her ecent actions. I know very well what's happening thanks to you guys reporting it to me. But, to avoid suspicion of outside help (you guys) I had to detain her due to some evidence found that she had took the files herself and that she had met up with someone over the weekend. I am well aware of that she had met up with our friend to hand over the device, however, I cannot disclose that information, yet, to help Althea. We still need to figure out the root of all this. I have been reading the stuff you have posted on the Agent Portal.
I have reason to believe that we need to pursue the lead we have regarding this Nox Ordo. While I am not familiar with them, they might have a couple more people around in and out of FAILTECH and we need to determine who they are. While we have our leads within FAILTECH, namely Joseph Dillinger, Matthew Johnson, James Barron, and Billy Chan, we would have to follow their tracks. I will be moving things around. We need to move this investigation while LAINSY is out. I've been aware you've been using her so much for this investigation, but I have reason to believe information she provides might be tampered with or setup. Information she provides might be painting a different picture to what's actually happening. There are certain aspects that conflict each other both on your side and our side of the investigation.
Your primary objective now is to make contact with the three people who are known to be involved in this and find a way for them to give out information. Use all available means possible. All other objectives from the last 4 weeks are secondary.

Someone's messed with LAINSY. From Ryan Bruno:
Quote:
Looks like LAINSY just stopped working. Can't exactly pin point what's wrong but she reports sections of her database is corrupted. Even her backups are corrupted. We still need to confirm if the backups are indeed corrupted. I suspect something made this happen as it is highly unlikely something could get corrupted without even getting a warning about hardware failure. I tried to check for any ghost network as suggested, but seems I couldn't find any. Neither could I find anything running that is suspicious.
This message has been sent over secure lines (Thanks to Daniel Miller) and we've re-routed emails at the DNS level. We suspect that we might have been infiltrated at a very high level. There might be something actually within LAINSY that we can't check right now. I'll have to look over things closely.

Hey guys, I got more word from Patrice/Netspec about what we're dealing with here. It is MUCH deeper than what it seems.
First off, here are 2 of the messages that LAINSY retrieved that were from Matthew Johnson (aka Maths, who is the "weakest link"). I received the last one from LAINSY yesterday:
Quote:
Sent to: Joseph Dillinger, AMSR Team Epsilon
Sent from: Matthew Johnson, AMSR Team Alpha
Sent on: November 12, 2011
Subject: I'm glad we have you on board
Message: There has been a lot going on and I think you will be great asset for the plans we have. Everything will be set in order of night at the archives. James has been enthralled by how quick you were able to catch up on what's happening. Everything is for a reason, just don't forget why we walk.
Sent to: Joseph Dillinger, AMSR Team Epsilon
Sent from: Matthew Johnson, AMSR Team Alpha
Sent on: December 31, 2012
Subject: Walking the plank
Message: Ever had to walk the order of night?
Ok there... now that's the right marker you've hit. Order of Night, or Nox Ordo, is an ancient organization whom has been around at least 1500 years (that's as far any documented instance we've encountered so far) whom believed themselves as the Children of the Stars. They've taken up a couple of names before settling to Nox Ordo roughly 1000 years ago.
Remember how we've thought the Orkudusu were somewhat like the Illuminati? But then eventually we discover they've been "aliens" all along.... Or that they're from the future in a plot for revenge. Now, the Nox Ordo are the legitimate "Illuminati" that we know of. It has been theorized that the actual Illuminati we all know has actually branched off the Nox Ordo due to certain conflicts. Beyond that, no other historical link is available between the two. The Nox Ordo has still continued their operations, and thanks to modernization it has been much easier to uncover them if you know where to look. On the other hand, the Illuminati has nearly ceased operations and only a few people actually continue the ideals, however their goal of a "perfect world" could no longer be achieved.
FAILTECH seems to be the center of everything and is the key to the up coming singularity. I'm saying this because we have matched our data with the data we've managed to steal from the future. Remember that instance we were sent to the future by accident? We've managed to infiltrate FAILTECH network thanks to Daniel Miller's help. From there, we were able to gather enough data and information. Ever since, our organization has refocused our priorities. We still do our old activities of stealing and selling information, however, the recent turn of event with FAILTECH has then shown that there is something up that we must look forward to.
We suspected that the Nox Ordo has managed to infiltrate FAILTECH in attept to gain control over the company. The Nox Ordo has always been keen in the big players around the world. And right now, FAILTECH is the one and only that hs influence and power around the world thanks to FAILTECH's highly superior technology. Which is why we need to make sure right here, right now, that things go as intended. The future we've seen is a great place. We might have nearly left Earth, but that future is a future worth looking at, a future worth reaching for.
