Heh! Subtle. Mr. Green

Hey, nice new poster across the room, too!

Mr SlightlyChilled must be credited for the Tournament Poster art. The majority are thanks to 42E.

I often find that it's prudent to check for updates. Obvious changes aren't always Notice d or taken on Board...

Here's hoping whatever arcade machines are going to be in the full version will be playable! Also, check your email. I've made a suggestion I think you might find interesting... Wink

GB: I think you'd have to make a deliberate effort to create something that would disappoint.

I look forward to this summer.

Well done, sir...well done!

When I went into the waiting room, I had no idea a tron arcade game was behind me! Doesn't seem to accept my quarters though Sad

Also, I went to the back of the arcade machine, and I couldn't seem to move it. I looked at the floor and I didn't see any scratches or anything that indicated that the arcade game ever moved. Kinda creepy, as the waiting room has no doors and no windows. Sort of like the elevator in the Haunted Mansion... (Patience was never a virtue of mine heh heh).

I love it.
Seriously, I didn't really know what to expect and I am really happy with it. I especially love the EOLC poster and the "FLYNN'S" pin sitting on top of the Tron machine in the poster.

Good work.

Re: The Waiting Room is now open...
Seek and ye shall find!

So I've noticed that when I stand on either side of the Tron machine and face the wall, at certain angles a light seems to turn on and throw illumination on the bricks around the Tron machine to my side. It's almost as if the back of the Tron machine (the side facing the wall) lights up, but of course I can't see it directly.

Can someone with more Unity experience than I confirm whether this is just an artifact of the program -- for example, perhaps there's some sort of "illumination" object placed inside the Tron machine to make the screen glow, and because of the way Unity works that illumination bleeds out the back at certain angles? Or must this instead be something that GB has included deliberately to taunt us?

P.S.

I've been in the waiting room, but it appears I suffer from paralysis when I am in there. I can go forwards and backwards, and left and right, but I can't turn my head or body at all. I am always facing the same wall dead on, and the same 0 degree angle. I can see various posters on the wall using my periphery vision, but like I said, the waiting room has me in a paralysis state, and I can't seem to turn my head or body. I'd really love to see what's on the wall behind me too...

Can anyone give me a prescription for my condition?!?

PS: For those who need a translation, the mouse does NOTHING, and the left/right/up/down keys move me like I'm a statue. I'm always looking directly at the back wall.

Did you try clicking on the Waiting Room window first? Try unplugging and plugging in your mouse. Also, try installing and using a different browser chrome, firefox etc.

FYI this has been tested using Chrome and Firefox on both Mac and PC also Safari on Mac. Not tried IE as I don't use this browser. G
