Hello all! It's been a while! I just wanted to let ya know that I am selling my extra Flynn Lives Arcade Aid pin. I wanted to give fellow UF members get a shot at it before I throw it on eBay.
If anyone is interested in this, i can give you the contact info for ordering your own.
Here's my disc upgrade in progress. Its an expensive kit by itself, plus i had to buy a dremmel tool ($120), and as of the currently last picture (#14) I've put in 6-8 hours of just cutting. It was one heck of a mess and i did it all in one shot. waiting to buy some E-6000 glue so that I can continue...

Lastly, Kevin Flynn books. theres a second book Kevin made that personally, i'd like to own. like the Digital Frontier, they aren't cheap, about $40 if we can get at least 15 people to commit. maybe cheaper if we can get more, but honestly Digital Frontier didnt sell well. so i'm looking for 15 people to help me make this a reality. the same guy who made the tabs, the necklace, the sector map, and the Digital Frontier would make this for us. any interest?
Put me down for the new book. The first one was amazing.
Late to the party, but where would it even be acquired from?
I have a guy in taiwan that does amazing reproductions.

I never did get a Digital Frontier and Sector. Might pick those up in addition to this new book you're talking about. Though I'd like to wait and see if my keychains end up arriving first.

Three things to post. First, for those who have PS3's, you know PDP made the wired Tron controllers. they finally came out with a wireless "Siren" version. Limited Edition of 800, so theres no HUGE rush, but they are limited, look great and can be found here at PDP.com for $50.
Secondly, I finally broke down and bought the spike balls (Yoshimoto Cubes) Flynn has from the MoMA for $76 shipped. Which brought me to the question, do any of you folks want these? Finish up with this bit project, i though about making the spike balls. i think i'd make the spike balls and not the yoshimoto cubes because the cubes are available and the spike ball is just one shape, but its that particular shape TL fans want (in my opinion).

PS. If you're looking for a 2012 calendar, there's a Tron Legacy version on Amazon.com
