Woo! Finally had the time to go in and finish everything up. 100% and confirmed address! Sadly, though, no above and beyond since they decided Kansas City wasn't worth anything and that's the closest I can get to.

I dont get it. Im 100% done Fac5 and the final door wont open in the vault and there's 1 piece not spinning in the gyro. I did all the puzzles. I even entered the codes at http://survivalcode.com/reverberation/ Theres even one video locked at the CC. Can anyone help? What do I have to do in the power core room? the screen is green

You needed 6 keys in Fac 5 which means you needed 21 in total for the whole game... so yah that other achievement is a mystery.

Yeah. Everyone should be at 58 and for those that got the Icefly, we should have 59. However... that 60th achievement (full clearance) is still plaguing me.

I repeated those two levels then went to the Command Centre and it status monitors listed everything at 100%.

Well now the weird thing is that I went to check to see what the Command Center said, and all of them are 100%...so either that other page was buggy, or I am missing something that is not in a game...
