Got my ID today, the QR code is the same as the past few posted, A black and white sqaure. Tho something I did notice, that after the 000ALPHA- That my last symbol is a "." Unlike the previous one posted which looked like a division sign. Any ideas? ALSO, I'm thinking once we found a set of 4, AKA one full QR piece, they must form a code, in which we can enter in on our profiles to update the QR code.

I agree that the blurry one is 'Bravo'.
Also just to document the first 7 phonetic alphabet letters:
Alpha
Bravo
Charlie
Delta
Echo
Foxtrot
Golf
Maybe the whole alphabet is the order the pieces are in.

I had been thinking Alpha was the column and the symbol at the end referred to row number. At least we'll find out when more cards start to appear.
The twitpic example would in theory be Alpha-4 depending on the numbering code used.
This reminds me of the postcard puzzle that was sent out for Flynn Lives.

I think that's the case now that you've pointed that out, the Alphas (seem) to be the squares.
Could also indicate the corners, ( 3 blank squares in QR code corners) but they've only just started sending out badges, there are possibly more symbols/indicators.
The lone Bravos is blurry and seems to just have a dash in the last circle.

It could also be indicating column/row position in the original QR. Alpha(row)-(something column) for instance.

All of the Alphas posted so far has a different symbol in the last circle. ( . , + , and the last one had a division sign)
This could just be a way of separating the print batches. But they could also be indicating 3 (or more) separate QR codes.

And another, but this seems to be our alpha (though MUCH clearer!)
I agree that the blurry one is 'Bravo'.
Also just to document the first 7 phonetic alphabet letters:
Alpha
Bravo
Charlie
Delta
Echo
Foxtrot
Golf
Just incase we find this is the pattern, here is a glance sheet:

Has anyone recreated the small qr code segments to make them larger? I can post them if they'd be of use. I made each section 150x150 to hopefully make them clearer to see.

Yes, please post pics of the QR code segments in this thread - this is the puzzle thread and should be dedicated to solving that QR puzzle...
But as of now I've only seen two different pieces (posted to the facebook HPP group).
I agree - I think one of the symbol patterns seems to spell 'alpha-(something)'... the other I'm not sure (this image)
As a side note, what's with all the low quality blurry webcam photos! heh, where are all the smartphone cameras with high resolution images that are in focus? bah!
It looks like the other image could say Bravo. There are 7 circles before the dash so Charlie can fit too. Or not.
