Question: for those who have their profile pic uploaded, when did you first register to the website, most likely they're uploading in chronological order, but in either case just wanted to know.
I registered with TSN on 5/24/11, however I am one of the unlucky few whose profile has not been updated. I've sent an email to Support wondering if there will be further waves of updates. Still waiting on a response.

Would you make your own freakin' account already?
And don't give me bull about being lazy. The amount of keystrokes you've used to distinguish yourself from the actual owner of the account is, by now, greater than or equal to the number required to make an account.

You aren't alone. I sent a picture of myself but I'm pretty much totally concealed by a welder's mask.

Hmmm, I still have the icefly as the pic in my profile too. I'm wondering if they're putting them up in waves...? I hope that's the case. Though I am slightly concerned because the pic I sent was an anime pic and not really a shot of myself. (I'm not very trusting of folks who want my picture before I know them.) I hope they're not in a sense "disqualifying" my pic. Did anyone else send a drawing or cartoon instead a pic of themselves? Is that pic now in your profile?

Maybe it means they have the whole thing coded and can now work on such things? :D

Does that mean you submitted a picture of an icefly for your profile?
Or maybe it means you actually are an icefly. :O
But to be more productive to the conversation, I have mine. I wonder why it took so long for those to come up? Maybe they had to go in and sort through any inappropriate ones by hand? Or maybe the badges really are on their way! I can hope, right? XD

Yeah, I see this ending one of two ways. Either 5 and 42E are working together to promote some completely new thing that'll be revealed at the end, or 5 has come up with the greatest commercial ever.
I can see it now: at the end, all the "data" they've gathered from us "test subjects" will be used to create some new chemical that'll restore/save humanity, and the vector for this chem will by 5's newest flavor: Salvation.
Or something. I dunno. I find it amusing.

I imagine the gum WE buy is less important than the amount of time we talk about this ARG with our friends. If you look at their website, they think in terms of enthusiastic participants (us), active (a bigger group that maybe doesn't do it on the first night a new puzzle comes out) and casual participants, those that have heard of this and think its cool, but may not play much. THAT's the group that is big enough to get Wrigley's attention. And it's us talking up the game that would fire up enough casuals to buy some gum so Wrigley's can hire 42e again and make another game for us...
