At last that I heard it was slated for summer 2012. I have not heard anything about it being bumped or delayed, so I guess it is still on schedule.
'Summer' is a little vague, but it's all I've got. I have no exact date for you. I don't have Disney XD but I can only guess that it will roll out a bunch of new shows around the same time, so it'll probably be included with those.

There is a new video on youtube about the stuff coming up in 2012 on Disney XD. It is a 1 minute video that promos the following:

New series:
- TRON: UPRISING
- Ultimate Spiderman
- Motorcity
- Lab Rats

New episodes of:
- Kickin' it
- Pair of Kings
- Kick Buttowski

There is a bit of new footage for TRON: UPRISING, but it is only about 10 or 15 seconds worth.

gah, sorry. I only watched the video once, and now it has been removed from YouTube. The link still gives me this title "TRON: UPRISING 2011 Comic-Con Preview - D..." but I don't know what the rest of it would have said. As another site's description says, "This latest trailer offers fans a wealth of conceptual art, character promos and backgrounds from the computer world of The Grid."

This site is hosting the clip -- is it also geoblocked?

It's hard for me in the US to know which videos are geo-blocked. What links do you get from a google-video search for "Tron Uprising", even without adding 'trailer'?
