The video comes up when you power all the rooms. The audio game room powers up when you beat level 15. The rest of the levels are just for the achievements. If you're past level 15 but the room hasn't powered up, it means you beat 15 before they updated the room (originally it didn't power up until you beat 50, but after the PMs got word of the bug they changed it).
If this is the case, you need to reset the room. This involved clearing your cache and cookies. How you do this depends on your browser. If you're on Google Chrome (like me), install the extension "Click & Clean", then use it to "clear private data". If you're on Firefox 5, open drop-down menu from the red button in the upper left, go to "History", then "Clear Recent History", and make sure "Cookies" and "Cache" are checked before clicking "clear now".

Hmm, well it stinks there have been so many glitches/issues, but from what I've read, it at least appears that everyone here is able to navigate through the survival code site to get to other rooms despite not getting all the achievements. This is not the case for me. After I completed level 15 on the audio game, the video of the rings spinning played and then froze. I tried logging out and then in. I've rebooted my computer and tried refreshing things, but nothing gets me past that frozen image. It wouldn't be so bad if I were able to access the other puzzles I have yet to play (safe, checkerboard, pentagon), but I can't get to them. I'm just glad I got the constellation, but I don't want to be stuck in Facility 1 forever. I emailed the support team but haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping maybe a post here will get their attention. Hopefully...maybe...

I've finished lvl 30 right now. I got my achievement and the file. Restarting the game my achievement is there. The game seems working properly.

Ok, so I gets to 30 and it doesn't give me my achievement, so I try replay it again but the whole game starts glitching out on me. I restart the game and hit where I left off and it puts me back at level 13 which isn't even the level I last quit the game at. What gives? Not to mention I realised that I never even got the achievement for 15, I had to even open and close my map before the arrow even appeared for me to close the game.
Also is there any way of completing all the tasks in the first area if you don't actually live in the US?

They fixed it yesterday, the achievement and everything.
Edit: there is not a level 51 and the puzzle will not finish. It will give you the achievement and continue playing.
Press the Green Arrow to go back to the lab
