I've been lurking, but I joined specifically because of this ARG. I managed to get through the puzzle, and I have to say, it's fun. I loved the musical aspect to it. There were some very catchy beats if done right.

Some of the puzzles seemed like you could virtually "brute force" your way through them though. Just a matter of spamming the switches at the right moment.

They are extremely relevant; they help you time when the balls are released form their respective gates. In the later levels, you need to time your gates carefully to complete each level.
