Went to pickup my framed #661 at Michael's today but there was a smudge behind the glass as well as a couple pieces of dust, so I have to wait until Monday to pick it up now. It looked fantastic, and the guy who brought it out had been going through it all, trying to identify all the games.
I'll post pics when I get it.
For those that got it framed, did you put Zack's message (the psuedo-COA) on the back of the frame at all? What did you do with it?
Numbered the same. 059/999 I shall destroy to old one to preserve the integrity of the 999.

It's not in displayable quality. It's really ruined. I know it's difficult to tell in the pictures, but it's already destroyed. I was just being dramatic when I said I would destroy it; the flood already has.

The best thing you could do would be to contact infoSPLAT42entertainment.com and see if there is anything they can do. i assume you are left at the mercy of someone willing to part with their poster (either here, eBay, or elsewhere), but it cant hurt to check with 42 and Arcade Aid. Although i don't think Arcade Aid had much to do with poster production or distribution.
If 42 is willing to do an exchange, then it would be worth the shipping. if they wont ship a new one, but will exchange, you can ship it to me and i'll do the exchange when I drop off their Bits.
Dude, you're always beyond awesome! I'll contact them and find out if they can do anything. It's definitely worth paying shipping- I'd do it gladly.
oh by the way, the city 42 is in has a $319.42 tax on all incoming mail over .039 ounces.
j/k, but...

$65... damn cheap! I'd hop on it and if 42 does replace your damaged poster, sell this one. Besides, you do have renters insurance dont you? you can totally claim your poster at $300+
No renters insurance. I didn't really have anything valuable enough to warrant it. I'm gonna pass on buying one though. Part of what makes it so special to me is that *I* earned it. A pride thing I guess

Hey guys, just wanted to update everyone that my poster has been gravely injured.
I went to visit my mother over winter break, and when I returned I found my apartment was flooded (4" of water! $#%#$@!)and lots was damaged, especially electronics. However, the most grave, irreplaceable damage was my arcade aid poster #059/999. It was framed and ready to hang up, but I decided to put it off and leave it leaning on the floor. Does anyone think it's worth asking for a replacement? If so, how would I do that?
