Madopal and I actually recreated all the badges months ago in Illustrator and were going to do this exact same thing but it fell through the cracks. Good job, they are looking really nice.
These were my favorite two to recreate:

SUPER IMPORTANT UPDATE!
I'm about halfway done with the badges, so I think i'm ready to start accepting orders! There will be a first batch of 30 full sets, so shoot me a PM soon as it will be first come, first serve. I know there are people on the forums who have expressed their willingness to buy a set, but I will only add those who send a PM.
I think I have pricing down, and it will be $10-$15
I still have to contact the company to make sure, but it shouldn't get higher than $15. Right now I will worry myself with making the badges, making a full list of people, and confirming prices. Actual payments will be done later.
Begin the private messaging!

And I'm starting to take down names. I'm pretty sure we can keep these under $20 including shipping. Would you guys want to pay-per-badge or just get all the badges for one fee? I know not everyone has each badge.
Eh, I think I'd rather get a set, personally.

How many badges are there again?
There are 22 badges total, but that includes Zero Hour/Pit Cell Badges and the Operation Tron/Flynn's Arcade badges.

Thanks for the tip! The originals of the badges are just so dang small. Fixing now.

Also down for a set if under $30. They'd be perfect on my laptop bag.

Probably a stupid suggestion, buuuut... Have you tried an automatic image enhancement on any of the graphics, just for shiggles? Probably way too pixelated, but may turn up interesting results.
Just wondering!
What, you mean just scaling up the images? Eww, no. Then they just look pixled, feathered, and groos.
The ones that are already 8-bit pixellated should not be a problem to enlarge as-is, so long as (1) the end result image is a multiple of the original image's size, and (2) you use "nearest neighbor" scaling instead of interpolation.
