Bood Moon and sea as dark as wine...

The blood moon means total eclipse so that means the earth is between the the sun and moon, casting the reddish shadow on the moon.
I found this:
Earth's shadow is different because, unlike you, Earth has an atmosphere. The delicate layer of dusty air surrounding our planet reddens and redirects the light of the sun, filling the dark behind Earth with a sunset-red glow. The exact tint--anything from bright orange to blood red is possible--depends on the unpredictable state of the atmosphere at the time of the eclipse.

It is essentially a shadow. With the mention of the red-looking sea with it, it could mean a reflection of that eclipe or red moon (mirror effect?).

Could also be another Subway line indicator for example the 1, 2, 3 lines.
