My brother signed in first try and it worked.First and last he wrote lower case and astro name had a capital letter in the middle added his - and record was found.Just to update folks.

before it was a red screenand just said

now it is a white screen and says

I cleared the cache and used the clear application between each try and nothing got through. This is starting to make me Evil or Very Mad

Got the reply with the supposedly good entry. Does not work. Could there be a browser/ OS issues? At this point, idon't know what to think. They should have checked my infos berfore replying. The strange thing is that i provided a screen cap with the entry i used and it was the "good way" [/img]

They emailed me as well but did not understand my questions so I resent it. I doubt I'll get another response that's helpful but it's worth a try.

Who knew when this started that we'd have to take steps approaching legally changing our names to comply with the PM! Crying or Very sad

And with their RP site terms of use prohibiting:

"...(d) using the Site or its servers to send unsolicited e-mail, including, without limitation, promotions, or advertisements for" [blah, blah, blah]

it makes me wonder, since no one (apparently) has received an e-mail from their "info dept.", if even e-mailing a query will bring down the wrath of yon PM.

I mean before, we were actually getting a response (even though it was automated) when we e-mailed Cap'n Coop.

Hopefully the "info" team will beam aboard their Mothership soon and we'll actually get a response! Idea
