Triple post, sorry. From Stefan attached...

*ETA: So to summarize quickly. Marcus and Axel we're guided to the suspected BB agent's hotel room in Berlin where they found coordinates and a time for the contract to be handed off. Just prior to this we had recruited Stefan, a local to Berlin and in the same general area no less who began helping tremendously. Once these new coordinates were found, we got together in chat and helped guide Stefan to where the meeting was supposed to take place. However, Marcus and Axel completely dropped outta contact about 2 hours prior and we were left on our own. While waiting at the meeting point Stefan emailed several pictures and a couple videos of the general area. He then dropped out of chat suddenly about 40 minutes after the supposed "hand-off time". We didn't think much of it as we had all grown quite frustrated with Marcus's lack of communication combined with NOTHING going on at the drop location. Well, soon after Stefan logs back in chat, says he's "got it" and that his cell battery's going dead, sends one more email with the picture attached in this post and that's it. We haven't heard from him since. We also, still haven't heard from Marcus or Axel either. Sorry for making a mess of the forums...

Also, apparently according to wikipedia, at the time that the Rainbow Room first opened, the rainbow symbolized peace and freedom... which is in keeping with the people that Roads mentions in the interview.
