It's starting to look a little cluster-%#$&ed, aint it? Not good...

just a heads up...im thinking it may lead to a website...the other 2 "waves" of the ARG both started with clues that lead to sites (flynnlives.com and homeoftron.com and /derez)
So, if the anchor pixel theory is correct, I'm somehow messed up on my positioning on Astro Gunner. Also, Astro Gunner made me add columns to fit (I was stopping at 102, I went to 110).
BTW, if anyone wants to mess with the source and compare, here are the source files, layered for your pleasure. I'll keep them updated as I mess with it.
Sorry this isn't very good image but Here's the code for Astro Gunner in 2 parts using the Comiccon black light (knew it would come in handy again)! Maybe you guys can sort it into one good image (I would but I have to be somewhere in about 10 minutes) Good luck, I'll check back tonight, can't wait to see what this thing says!
Kraz-bot & Arc Wars - col 8, row 5
Arc Wars & Vice Squad - col 36, row 1
Kraz-bot & Vice Squad - col 51, row 1
So maybe it's not a mistake. Each one overlaps one pixel with each other so far.
Curiouser and curiouser...
If so then I'm amending my guess as to the font width. I don't think it's fixed.
We need more postcards!!!!

Sounds like as good of an idea as any. BTW, I updated the images with column numbers now.

Correction, I've got three pixels that overlap.
Kraz-bot & Arc Wars - col 8, row 5
Arc Wars & Vice Squad - col 36, row 1
Kraz-bot & Vice Squad - col 51, row 1
So maybe it's not a mistake. Each one overlaps one pixel with each other so far.

An entire set does seem pretty desirable, at least right now. But you're right, they may end up giving them away at SDCC or something.
I think we're gonna need multiple scans to error check the overlay.
The work done so far seems pretty darn good, but that one pixel appears to be flubbing it up. I think we're on the right track.

BTW, unless they give it away as a prize...boy, if there's one postcard per game from the Encom site, that's going to be one prized collection.

~sigh~ Dead end there. They're not seven pixels wide. Drat.
The most consecutive lines with pixels appears to be four at the end.
Because of the overlap on the one pixel between the first two postcards, I am allowing that it's possible I have them misaligned. I'm *fairly* sure I got the spacing right, though (90%). They were pretty dead on on a grid, at least between each other (there was a bit of drift across the whole image).

If you've got a tripod, and you can put your camera on it, lay the card on a table and set the tripod up with the camera laid over on the mount to look straight down. Set for Macro, and get the whole thing in frame. Upload the full size image as an attachment to your post here, and we can go from there.
