really? in what way? i just downloaded the new set and compared the length and file size and they're exactly the same. could you, in spoiler tags or pm, tell me the difference?
Track 1- MD5 sum is different, as is the actual # of bytes in the file, though not a significant enough change to alter the displayed size in the directory.
Listening to it, also a minor change.. minor, but important I believe.

ok so it turns out i have work Monday from 2:30-6:30. so i can make it but not until around 7:30. This shouldn't be too bad since the new members wont need to be there until 6:30 and it took us at least an hour to finish it. better late than never!

i'm actually not sure what they meant when they said they were re-issues. the mp3's are the same. maybe they just said it in case during the time between meetings someone downloaded them and listened to them without reference?
I did a file comparison of old vs new- there is, in fact, a difference. If you got 'em before, I'd re-get them before Monday because it appears the content has changed a bit.

Reading this thread makes me so jealous that I missed the first meeting!
Luckily, it looks like my schedule will allow me to attend the meet-up this coming Monday.
Also, for anyone else that missed the first go-round: it looks like the stamps are back up on stampsfromelsewhere.com, and they're noted as being "re-issues," and to not use the "old" ones. I'm assuming it means a different experience is in store? I don't have the first set handy to compare.
Who's going?

I noticed that there are a few images that are used more than once- the kitten with balloons, the hands forming a face, and the veiled lady in sepia. There are two versions of each. The versions vary in size, number, and text.

Stamps
Has anyone yet compiled a list of the available stamps? Between the lot of us we probably have them all, and perhaps it is time to create a directory or whatever you'd call it... picture of each stamp along with whatever we know about it; kinda like H.E. Harris used to do for regular postage stamps.
