Theory: Everyone who is a madrigal is a madrigal and something else.
I.E. Grace is a Ekat Madrigal
Fiske is a Janus Madrigal
Hope is a Lucian Madrigal
Arthur is a Tomas Madrigal
The something else comes from they're personal skill but really doesn't make them part of any branch. |
Arthur can't be a Tomas previously because he wasn't a Cahill until he married Hope Cahill.
Hope cannot be a Lucian either because as it said in the secet for card #(cant remember) the Lucian Geneaology Department sent a letter to Isabel Kabra stating that Grace Cahill has not ancestors whatsoever in the Lucian branch. This proves that Grace was not a Lucian, therefore her daughter Hope can't be one. |
I said based on PERSONAL SKILL!

I thought Arthur wasn't a Cahill.

Ok, but what's ESP? |
"ESP (extrasensory perception) is perception occurring independently of sight, hearing, or other sensory processes."
In other words, ESP is having a psychic ability. "ESP refers to telepathy, clairvoyance (remote viewing), precognition, and clairaudience (remote hearing)."

The basis was that Amy and Dan could talk to each other using it. And also, I forgot, cfould Arthur and Hope do that? That's where I got the psychic idea from. |
They don't talk to each other psychically, they talk to each other without speaking. There's a difference.

Not really laughing at you, because my spelling's pretty horrific, but what you just said is that there are some people who are Madrigals because they went into a tunnel of whole wheat loaf.
I'm not sure about all this psychic stuff as there's not really a basis for it.
Born into the Madrigals and joining them seems pretty possible though, so the two types could work.
What're the chances that Amy & Dan will end up either reunifying the whole family and/or becoming the head of the Madrigals?
Everybody become one again seems less likely with two teams already knocked out of contention. |
Sorry about that, Literacy was never my strong point. Thanks for catching that, i would rather mess here than on a thesis paper!

I just got an idea! What if there are 2 types of Madrigals? There are natural Madrigals. They're the ones who can be chosen from any branch to become Madrigals. They would have something in common: Telepathy, a more powerful version of it. If it was just because of family, the Chineese person would have known Arthur and Hope were before that. He found out.
The second type... All the branches are corrupt. Bae Oh, the Tomas leadership, the only branch we don't know the leader off. Bae Oh. Cora Wizard. Isabel Kabra. They leave the branch because of the corruption. Irina, the Professor, Alistair.
Then there's Madeleine. The natural Madrigals must remember her, otherwise she'll die.
The Man in Black found the 39 Clues and became immortal. When people tried to destroy him he hid. |
We know the Tomas leader is Ivan Kliester (something like that) And maybe the two types are right. There might be through bread madrigals (like the Cahills) or there might be, forgive the harry potter reference, mud-bloods (people who are like madrigals in everything but blood)

Grace was the Madrigal Leader because she died, so she isn't the current leader. So the question now is Who is the new leader?
Or maybe the Madrigals are waiting for Amy and Dan!!! |
Maybe it is TMIB (The Man in Black)
| Spoiler (Rollover to View): |
| Fiske?
|
|
That is an interesting Idea!!! If TMIB is the new leader then that would chuck a road block in Amy and Dan's path.
| Spoiler (Rollover to View): |
| If Fiske becomes the new leader then Grace knew he was alive all along!!! Though maybe Fiske is alive, and hidin from everyone. Or he could be helping one of the Branches......
|
|
Note the comments at the end of the book:
| Spoiler (Rollover to View): |
| Arthur and Hope, Looking young and happy, with their arms around a gaunt, unsmiling man.
|
I would guess that is the same person and so ...
| Spoiler (Rollover to View): |
| Surely that has to indicate that he only disappeared - he didn't die (at least not when the papers said he did).
