But what if you have a notepad file with all the jibbery stuff. Is there a way to properly open the notepad file as an image and be able to view it?
How would I do that?
If you mean you have a .txt file which you suspect might be an image, you could try changing the filename extension, renaming it to end in .jpg or .gif or other image types and then opening the file with a browser or other image display program. Most of the types will be invalid, because they each require some header information to be in the beginning of your text file.

opening photos with notepad....
Ok, I know that you can use notepad to "open" an image file and see all the jibberish characters. But what if you have a notepad file with all the jibbery stuff. Is there a way to properly open the notepad file as an image and be able to view it?
