They have a Windows binary ready for download, if that's all you need. http://www.outguess.org/stegdetect-0.4.zip

Otherwise, getting it to compile yourself will be a huge headache.

Newbish Question
Little help with stegdetect?
Anyone got a decent tutorial or just basic info on how to compile stegdetect under Windows? The only real IDE I've got installed is VS.NET, but I'm fairly lost on how to go about compiling the source for the program.
