But I'm not sure I understand garden 3 in particular.
I threw random things at it and kept a list of what worked But I can't say I discerned the universal rule. True for garden 2 as well though the fannee dooley garden was a kind starting point. Brute forced my way through and that's not as fun. Help after the fact is welcome. Also not a plan of having to click through old theorems to find it, but boy...a lot of weeks have gone by.

Yes, "help after the fact" would be welcome to me, as well. I got through it, but...
...for the second and third gardens, I think I only identified a single pattern and stuck with that, while there appear to be multiple patterns.

Check again.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
There's a specific reference to M's Garden. As a hint, which Theorem title refers to things one might find in a garden?

Where?
I can't find the seal at all. I checked

and can't find it. Could someone maybe pm me or give a pretty clear message as to where you can even find link to it? I'd really appreciate it.

Re: M's Garden
Here's what I think. There might be more general rules.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
First Garden: Like Fox-fyr said, green glass doors
Second Garden: How many characters in 'France'?
Third Garden: Anything special about the placement of vowels in Japanese language?

Re: M's garden seal
There is a distinct pattern for all three gardens. Each pattern follows a different set of rules. I recognized the first one immediately from an old camp game we used to play called:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"green glass doors"
For the second one
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
it doesn't matter WHICH letters are used in each word; the pattern involves something else
To find the pattern for the third one
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
look for five specific letters that show up more frequently than than most of the rest

Also, you don't need to use real words, M should have forced a dictionary check.
which meant that
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
you could use get away with just 2 characters for the for the 1st and 2nd garden and only 3 characters for the 3rd garden
for the minimalist in us.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The number consonants are any multiple of the number of vowels. Though I only tested even numbers and multiples of 1 and 2. For instance 'aass' and 'aassss' both work.
Hm, I think that's not right, bOb. For instance, aaabbbccc is not in that garden. On the other hand, aaabbbxx is.
Yeah, there is something weird with odd numbers. I'm sure there is some logic to it that I don't yet have completely figured out. Oh well.
Anyways, I didn't enjoy this one all that much. I like the theorem this week much better. But I only got 50 extra as I was out drinking when it was released and solved it today.
The second garden has nothing to do with vowels and consonants, fyi. However, in the third garden...

I'm just glad I'm getting my Rank back up... I completely missed a puzzle about 4 months ago because I was moving, and I've been recovering ever since.

I understood one and two, but I just gave up and started guessing a "rule" for number three. It worked, but I'm not sure why.
I'm really not very good at the word puzzles sometimes.

If you've found it and you're typing something in and not getting any responses, try a different browser. I was using IE9 and wasn't getting any responses. Switched to Google Chrome and started getting responses.
Much easier if everthing is actually working properly.
Probably some setting in IE9 that I need to change. Haven't looked into it yet.

Well, there are plenty of words that fit that pattern, but if you can't think of many, you
can
just type in gibberish that fits that pattern. They don't have to be dictionary words.

I found and got it! Took some guessing, after the first 'garden'. M sure has some crazy things in there.
Hmm, I didn't find anything odd with the 2nd garden.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
That was a hint.
