The rest of the levels are just for the achievements. If you're past level 15 but the room hasn't powered up, it means you beat 15 before they updated the room (originally it didn't power up until you beat 50, but after the PMs got word of the bug they changed it). If this is the case, you need to reset the room. This involved clearing your cache and cookies. How you do this depends on your browser. If you're on Google Chrome (like me), install the extension "Click & Clean", then use it to "clear private data".
