So...anyone got a spare ticket for NYC?

Happy about the fact that Norway is on the list of international sites to host this. Now, if we could only get a way to see place/times and get actual tickets over here, I'd be thrilled. That it, providing I'm actually there to see it, before everything is gone. I was, let's see - a week late to even see this puzzle?

Looks like son's comin' too...

David,
The ticket holder has to be older than 13, but you can bring your son as a guest. Although the film is not yet rated, Disney expects it to be PG-13, so its your discretion. Have fun!

Damnit! I've been working so damn much lately I missed it!
Anyone want to sell me a ticket to a Phoenix-area IMAX?

We can't tell our son about it... He can't go (must be 13 years of age).
Actually, your son can go even though he's under 13. I sent off an email inquiring about that, and this is what I got back:
Kevin,
Kids are welcome, and although the film is not yet rated, it will be PG-13 and kids under 13 should be accompanied by an adult. Have fun!
thanks for checking on that cause I almost panicked when I saw kevin's post about not bringing his 13 yr since I am brining my son.
Indeed, that is helpful. Seemed a little odd that kids couldn't come. Thx for the clarification!

Thanks for that info; I sent an email to check for myself regardless.
In thinking about it, I guess the restriction was only for the PRIMARY person registering.

I wonder if the footage is going to be different than the preview they had at ElecTRONica? I didn't time it so I can't say how long the actual sneak peek was.

So I have a feeling that the footage we'll be seeing is the same footage shown at Comic-Con and shown to the press last week. You find various recounts of the footage online, if you wish to read those. Be warned, most of them are spoiler-happy. Don't expect to see
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Clu or Rinzler in the footage, but according to one of the write ups "...his presence is very much felt."

Like FSURobbie I was not sure about going but then I thought, there will be swag there.
I was thinking the same thing, but two facts make me think otherwise:
1) With the sheer number of theaters (and the "overselling" they're doing), that's a LOT of stuff to give away
2) No FL login required
I'm thinking there won't be much. Thankfully, with the hour early requirement, one of the ones in Chicago is the Skokie AMC, and that's right by my work. I'll go over there after work, check it out, and I may even leave before seeing it. I'm with all of you...I don't need any spoilers. I'd rather enjoy it as a whole when it comes out. Remember, if it's a 2 hour movie (and that's a big "if" from Disney), that's ~17% of the whole (not counting what we've seen in trailers, etc).
