If anyone is looking for just a hint:
You are not allowed to rotate the gap-fillers.
Unarmed with this information, you will likely get two incorrect answers like I did.

I can add that pieces:
| Spoiler (Rollover to View): |
A, C, D, E, H
|
also fit, if rotated. The other two don't fit at all.
Sad, I know. Make of it what you wish...

Don't Cards also have Little clues hidden in them regerding the game. So wouldn't it be a good idea to follow all avenues of thought ?

I'm going to toss a banana into this discussion. This card is solved. The station sign is moot.

Yes you guys are right, especially as commuters in London are driven to distraction by a recording warning them to step off the subway train with caution - "Mind the gap! Mind the gap!" i.e the title of this card.
The name of the underground station - includes "Par"
Could be:
Beckton Park
Belsize Park
Canons Park
Chiswick Park
Elm Park
Finsbury Park
Green Park
Holland Park
Kilburn Park
Moor Park
Newbury Park
Northwick Park
Park Royal
Queen's Park
Ravenscourt Park
Regent's Park
St James's Park
Stonebridge Park
Tufnell Park
Upton Park
Wembley Park
Wimbledon Park
Ooo, such a lot of stations it could be! Whilst typing this it reminded me of that non-sensical game about Underground stations - I can't remember what it is called, but you give and get points almost without rules. It is more of a play on words really. It is named after a station on the underground, I'm sure.
On another topic - there is a small asterisk or star, in pixellated form, at the very bottom of the card, below and to the left of the G in Guest puzzle architect. Does this help anyone!?
EDIT: The aforementioned star has disappeared from my card?!?! WHAT THE HECK has happened? Do you think I need to warm it up or what - I have tried but cannot get it back. Scared. |
I think we can lose a few of the stations on the list because the Pic looks like its from one of the "underground" underground stations and I think many of the ones on the list are actully open air stations that are part of the underground network. If we can slowlly wittle down the list it be easyer to figger out the exact one.

Mornington Cresent
Yes that is the name of the game. I can't beleive there is a card about it too! Is this a freaky coincidence? I think not. Can't get that star back and I think I've lost the plot so maybe it was not there in the first place.

Looks to me like it's on the blue bar across the Underground sign, so is part of the station name.

Mind the Gap
does anyone else see some really faint lettering on their card? it's most noticeable to the left of the answer C box. It appears to say PAR - or am I going mad??

at the very least it appears to be a tube train travelling past the viewer - hence "Mind the Gap"
perhaps we are standing on one of those Ghost stations on the London tube network?
