F.I.: Do adverts in the RL media qualify as PIG if they contain hints? Or is this only used for websites containing a single page (or more) thats part of the ARG? I'm specifically talking about the Stella Artois adds that hold the solution to the big puzzle in the Sable& Shuck ARG. They are also adds for the beer.
Ah yes.... but only in game to 'the few chosen' to the rest of the world these were just beer ads. Maybe this is the other way round. 'Partly
out
game' as it was multipurpose.
I guess this is as futile a discussion as:
Were the great cathedrals built for god or for men?
Chicken or egg?
Do you want it cooked or boiled?
How does a cookie crumble?

PIG
Partially In Game.
Coined during "Art of the Heist" to describe Willstar's various web sites which seem to have been around long before the game.
(may have been used earlier, corrections welcome)
Usage:
"Hmm, here's a new site. I wonder if it's part of the game"
"Well, some content is, so it's PIG"
